Bad experience, if you have (like everyone else today) a health file, it's better not to go to this municipal pharmacy! I recently went to take a medicine for my son (a minor) and I showed his health file with the barcoded prescription (as it should be) the red-haired young lady, almost annoyed, started to say that her card was needed health insurance or his identity card, otherwise he had to write the code by hand! I then found her, but by now she had struggled to write, and in any case I also told her that in other pharmacies they had simply beeped without much fuss and they gave me the drug, so she immediately said that she had the old gun and was wrong her, obviously in an ironic way! I believe that to work in certain environments you need to be kinder and more polite, and that you should be spared ironic ways and unfortunate jokes! With this, to say the least, I'm closing!

Friendly staff, there's always a bit of a wait.

Professionalism equal to ZERO, also saying that they are slow is a compliment. They sold me a nasal dilator of a size too small that it doesn't even fit in the nose and they didn't want to change it (for the anti-covid regulations they said.) but the mistake was theirs!!!! I asked for a 3-pack of one product (which cost €10 less) but they gave me the 3 singles at full price. I reported this 2 days later and they replied that they can't do anything about it. THEY PRACTICALLY STOLEN 25 EUROS FROM ME. A LEGALIZED THEFT. BRAVE, MY COMPLIMENTS.

Terrible! My mother, an 87 year old lady, asks for the Green Pass to be reprinted having taken the third dose as the current one is no longer valid and the pharmacist replies that the certification has already been sent in the health file so she's fine, so they won't reprint them the Green pass. The lady, who does not have a health file, currently has no documentation and today, on her birthday, the moment she entered a restaurant she was rightly sent back!

Trained, friendly and helpful staff. Large and very well-stocked pharmacy, products and medicines always available. I happen to have to order them in other pharmacies with the inconvenience of having to go back the next day. I always find everything here, including my favorite cosmetics.
