Too bad I still have to give one star! This morning I went to get some medicine for my daughter, which they didn't have, this lady asks me: "Why didn't you look for it before?" I replied that they had sent the email from Meyer on Friday evening and on Saturday I was out of Florence, and in any case the pharmacies were closed on Sunday. This one started extolling by saying that they too were human and worked, so it's not like they had to work on Sundays too. But at no point had I told her otherwise, I was just saying the Why. Since that medicine was an emergency for my daughter. This lady with no humanity, should not be working with the public, especially in the pharmacy. Arrogant and rude!

Very bad experience. Terrible. Humanly disastrous. Unpleasant and pedantic staff. Luckily they should be professionals prepared to meet fragile and certainly unhealthy individuals. You don't go to the pharmacy mainly to buy lipsticks and herbal teas. Since there are many alternatives in the area, I recommend them all, just don't set foot in there.

Unfortunately for health reasons I am often forced to use pharmaceutical products. Fortunately, at the Etruria Pharmacy I found unique availability and expertise and for this I thank all the staff very much.

Trained and very helpful staff. Kind pharmacists who are good at advising and trying to solve customer problems as much as possible.

Pharmacy extremely available for any need or information. Staff Polite and kind preparation, definitely one of the best pharmacies in the area.
