I went to this pharmacy when I had a skin problem during my holiday. You need to wear a mask to enter the pharmacy, there’s a hand sanitizer at the entrance and enough space to keep your distance from other customers so you can feel safe about covid. I experienced a very friendly and fast service. The pharmacist assisted me in English and was able to help me find a cream medication for my skin. I really recommend it if you’re on holiday and don’t speak Italian!

With the doctor's valid prescription they made a fuss about me, and in the end they assumed that they cannot give me the medicine
Terrible service. When you arrive, take the number, all the customers with a prescription pass first, then the others. My turn comes, I ask for a glucose test, I am told that a reservation is needed. ?????? For glucose testing? It takes 5 minutes in total!!!! Anyway, do what you want but at least write it on the site!!!! You are terrible!!!
