Bad experience, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I was so upset at having received a service that was, to say the least, rude and offensive that I feel it is necessary to share what happened. Last week I purchased several items and realized, once I got home, that one drug had a particularly short shelf life. It can happen, God forbid, but it absolutely must not happen that the honesty of people is questioned, when I was served by the same pharmacist I returned to today, who calls customers "darling" and then turns out to be an irritating person and not at all professional. I had the receipt and the intact product, but he questioned their supply of the expiring product. I didn't expect an apology, but I didn't expect absurd answers, like "the ways of the Lord are infinite". It's not easy being in the public eye, but this Pharmacist, Doctor, Sales Representative, should get her act together and probably change jobs! They are just lucky enough to have the shop in a good location, with high footfall. Needless to say, after this treatment I received, I will never go into it again! The majority of reviews of your work don't surprise me!

The pharmacist's total lack of courtesy makes it a place not to set foot in. One goes there for a state of illness and need and finds oneself literally treated like a fish in the face by a sour and frustrated doctor who has probably done the wrong job in life. Such a level of rudeness had never happened to me before.

A place where anyone who enters is treated with disdain and arrogance, but above all with extreme rudeness. Totally terrible at relating to people, both for simple requests and for clarifications on health issues.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID IT! (I hope this review can be useful to others to avoid ruining their day unnecessarily) Truly TREMENDOUS, in addition to being disarmingly SLOW, if they go to get you some medicine from the back they disappear for 5 working days, not to mention the LITTLE COURTESY and RUDENESS on the part of the older pharmacist (who I understand is also the owner, THE WORSE I FEEL!), without even making an effort to give you explanations, in a courteous manner, simply putting your foot down in a presumptuous manner, even giving you controversy if you politely try to ask her for information that apparently annoys her. Unfortunately out of necessity I found myself going to this pharmacy a few times, but I would say that's enough, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. There are much better pharmacies, well stocked and with friendlier pharmacists, nearby.

The pharmacist, not that the owner has an arrogance and a lack of education that goes beyond the limit... If it were up to me but from what I read, for many, she should really close down and change jobs or even go directly on holiday and maybe she'll recover a little, I think. a little "stressed".
