I stopped by on Saturday 30th, I was looking for a medicine and the pharmacist, who didn't want to work, almost kicked me out the door, not very kind and unprofessional, she didn't even give me the opportunity to order the medicine. Unprofessional. I strongly advise against it.

Little desire to work and also a lot of rudeness. I have tried to be lenient so far, also because I have lost people close to me in this pandemic (some even OS) and I can understand how devastating it is to work in certain conditions. But the arrogant attitude when I can't say the name of a drug well, when I say I don't have the physical card and ask if I can give the name... it's not right. Today was the last straw: I showed a prescription signed, stamped and dated very recently and it was rejected superficially and without listening: I had specified that it was in order and that it had been accepted by other pharmacies, even in Milan but I was just sent away. Patience has a limit, I will always be grateful for the hard work you do, but I don't have to put up with certain treatments, I'm sorry. I'm not here having fun either, queuing outside in the cold, especially if I need such important medications. I'm not about to waste my time or make others waste it.

Great pharmacy. They will always advise and help. Great staff. They even work with foreign clients. You can order medications. The queue is not long for tickets. Always in the shade. Thank you for your work 🌷

08.08.2020 Since this is a public place of primary necessity, it would be appropriate for them to keep the opening and closing days updated with the times. So that those who live nearby don't have to look for another pharmacy.
