I am a foreign girl, on Friday the 2nd of February at around 3.00 pm, I went to the Rondo Pharmacy to get some skin products, some masks and a tachypirin, at that moment I remembered that I should have taken my mother's pain medicine, but I didn't have the prescription printed, which is why I asked the young pharmacist from whom I was asking for the products if it was possible to take the medicine with the prescription number and my mother's health card. At that point the very suspicious girl started pretending to try to get me to take the medicine and at a certain point he tells me have you already used this prescription?, then afterwards, look, I'm out of line?, but, but..... I realized that it was simply another event of that blind, profound, decisive, senseless and logical racism, the product of an ignorant, limited and peasant psychology, I gave up and if like my mother she needed the medicine I went to another pharmacy where I took the medicine without any ridiculous problem prescribed by the GP, what can I say we are at the point for geographical and sociological reasons of being suspected of falsifying or cheating with a medical prescription, God help that poor girl and her Central European mentality of the 19th century. It would be laughable if it weren't so sadly everything is absurd.

I've been here 3 times, the first time I was served by a very smart boy, the second time however the second time I go there for indigestion due to badly cooked chicken and the pharmacist tells me to take lactic ferments... The third time I go to look for distilled water that I need to create DIY cosmetics, and here the nurse suggests thermal spray water... Not exactly free of mineral salts I would say...

I went on Saturday, I wanted to buy a drug, I asked her for the generic, she tells me she doesn't have it but she can give me the original, I ask her the cost and she tells me there is only a €2 difference when instead the difference was €6, but she noticed when I had to pay and had already handed over the prescription! Never again!

This evening I went to the pharmacy to ask for information on how to get my 12 year old daughter who needs the greenpass swabbed. I found an unavailable and rather arrogant woman who, in a "very unpleasant manner", gave me neither information nor an appointment to be able to carry it out. Whatever date I asked for, he had a full agenda... too bad he hadn't even consulted it. Among other things, there were three other ladies in the queue who had been waiting to be able to perform it for at least half an hour. There were two people behind the counter serving those two or three customers who came in and out... It was enough for them to divide the tasks and no one gathered in a pharmacy of a few square meters. Now I ask myself: why provide a service when you have no intention of carrying it out??? Is such a disservice possible in a pharmacy???? However, I will never set foot there again, in fact I would really like the woman with dark curly hair who served me to have a nice official recall.

Professionalism and friendliness are at home here, in particular Dr. Stefania who is always very kind. If you have a four-legged friend this pharmacy is PetFerenziale 👍😁
