Having pharmacies like this... attentive, helpful, competent staff. In addition to courtesy, they have a wide range of pet products available and can find anything within half a day... The girls are delightful and Fabio top🔝 to satisfy the needs of customers. Absolutely the best in Pistoia
It would also be comfortable and well stocked, very rude staff. I waited 20 minutes to get information about the covid swabs, when they were serving me and I was asking questions, the shop assistant, a lady, told me to stand aside so as to let the queue move... There for I didn't feel like arguing there, but it would have been worth calling the Director and having a nice chat together...
Very rude on the phone, I was there in person and spent a lot of money for various reasons, including swabs. I can understand that in these moments it is not easy especially because the regulations are constantly changing, however it is not very nice to respond in a careless manner. I gave it two stars only because when I was there and was served by the women they treated me 1000 times better. My dear, change jobs, it's not for you.
