Farmacia Comunale N.2 Treviglio

It is not my habit to give compliments but today I have to do so towards the municipal pharmacy 2 in viale Ortigara which, with the booking service, managed to book me a CT scan in Bg with the health service and to give me an ECG with results within an hour, all with extreme courtesy. Thank you (May 11)

5 stars more than deserved for the excellent service, kindness, courtesy, availability and competence of the Pharmacy Staff. Always very well stocked (very rarely have I had to return to collect a medicine). The pharmacy also offers the CUP service and the performance of various tests. It has parking spaces for disabled people and related entrances. Just one suggestion: maybe it would be nice to have one or two chairs for those with mobility difficulties. For the rest, a truly big THANK YOU!!!!!

The staff serving the consumer is wonderful. Helpful, kind, human.. splendid. A staff of wonderful people both in person and over the phone. Practically a rarity... congratulations.

Today 06/14/2022 at 12.20 pm SHAMEFUL!!!!! I call the pharmacy (viale Ortigara), after several rings the receiver is picked up but no one answers, I hear someone talking so I wait, wait and hear the conversation... the person who answered (woman) was not talking to a customer but was probably on the cell phone with her son asking her: how are you doing, love? now go to the grandmother,... probably the son was on the computer and it wasn't working, in fact the lady explained to lower the menu curtain and check if the data was connected etc etc. I'm waiting hoping he will answer me... Instead he ends the phone call with his son and after a few seconds ends my call without answer. I call back, they pick up and hang up the receiver. This is the service they offer and then as I personally heard, a person, an elderly one at that, politely asked for a document to be printed, the pharmacist on duty without too many problems, with the pharmacy empty, only the lady and I were present, he replied: today we don't do this service because there are only two of us... WHAT CAN I SAY????

I put one because zero does not exist. Here rudeness reigns supreme and the customer is kicked in the face when he specifies what he is entitled to based on the doctor's prescription. Almost and without almost it is considered a right to blame someone who is right.
