I would like to start by saying that my comment only concerns the swab service I used, but as a colleague who is aware of Professional Ethics, I believe that if a pharmacy decides to offer a service, net of the economic return (which can indeed be attractive), it must equip itself in a space-time sense, and dedicate oneself to professionalism, ALSO for that service. Swab appointment booked on the online site very easily (good). Carrying out the test outside, in the cold, standing in front of a door, with the excuse of the TEMPORARY lack of outpatient space. Blatant nonsense that they also told to my partner who has lived in Treviglio for more than 3 years and has already carried out swabs with them. Hasty senior pharmacist who took a sample from only one nostril for "3 seconds", with such violence that traces of blood were visible on the sampling swab. And no, I'm not a sensitive person who easily complains. The issue is not the pain. Then, the usual 15 minute wait that gets longer, and I understand the need to manage the flow of customers in the meantime. But forgetting to register the swab on the computer system and having to spend another quarter of an hour to find your way around and finally give me the certificate is another sign of carelessness and lack of professionalism. If I were to need something other than an antigenic swab, which has now become a mere economic speculation rather than a service to the citizen, I hope not to find myself in Treviglio. But just in case, I hope they know how to do better.
