Pharmacy always open at night...Staff very helpful

Went to emergency at 10pm with a 10 year old girl in respiratory distress due to an asthma attack. I was denied ventolin because I didn't have an expired prescription. I have an empty package. My daughter had lost hers and we were out and about. I was told to go to the emergency room. I understand the need to have the prescription, but the saturation was low.

Attentive to requests and cooperative in answering questions about various products kindly. They help you with requests for a medical visit if you don't have a GP. They plug the hole of an absent Region. Heroic. Like all doctors and healthcare workers.

I book a nutritional check up at this pharmacy by finding a post on Facebook, without inquiring about the pharmacy in question. Reading the reviews I was a little skeptical and today I can only confirm them. Kindness and friendliness don't reign much in this place (except for a blonde girl at the counter who seemed kind to me) as soon as you enter and ask for information they already reply a little annoyed, I wait a good 35 minutes only to find out that they have set the appointment for two people for the same time and we were both there waiting. This already shows enough incompetence but let's gloss over it for a moment... once the time came to enter the lady, who arrived a moment before me, rightly wanted to come in first... I explained to the nutritionist that I should have left and not I could have waited any longer since I had a bus to catch and they replied "I'm sorry" in a very rude way with indifference and carelessness. I try to understand if I would have made it in time but I don't even get to finish speaking before the lady in question closes the study door, not caring in the slightest that I was talking to her. Mistakes can happen to anyone but kindness, education, empathy and showing interest in fixing mistakes demonstrate true competence, which is something I have absolutely not seen.
