Terrible swab organization. Hours queuing outside in the cold (booking only guarantees you priority for the test, but not for paying and recording the report, for that you have to queue for a second time) and only one operator to record the results (at least the times I went I). If you don't have covid you risk getting sick from the cold anyway. And anyway it's not right to waste all this time.

We swabbed our son, we arrive and there is a pen that everyone passes out to fill out the sheet without even sanitizing so very anti-Covid. positive note is the kindness of the lady who does the swabs.

Terrible swab organization, the way they do it is also terrible: half a second per nostril without even going deep!!!! (when it is enough to look at the instructions of a swab, even a DIY one, where a certain accuracy is required in doing so while also respecting the timing) confirming this thought of mine is the NEGATIVE result there and in what I did immediately afterwards at home POSITIVE independently (also reconfirmed later in another pharmacy).

Terrible experience, especially due to the way in which the rapid tests were organised. 24 hours before without a reservation on the day of the test, coincidentally, they requested a reservation, putting into difficulty those who needed the green to access the workplace, especially those who for the moment cannot undergo the vaccine Not recommended!
