18 February 2023 at 11.28pm I go to this pharmacy to buy a cough suppressant prescribed by the doctor, when I ask for Seki syrup, the doctor replies that she doesn't have it and suggests I buy Benagol, telling me that they are equivalent🤔🤔🤔. ..dear doctor, I have a cough, not a sore throat....thanks anyway....
Well-stocked pharmacy and super competent, understanding and tolerant staff. The night boy is truly golden and always helps you if he can, both for you and your animals. I think I will continue to come here even when I go to live in Calenzano. If there were more stars I would give them all to him!
Non-existent privacy: the environment is so small that while you are at the counter to make purchases or get advice, all the rest of those present are involved in the thing (people attached to me, leaning calmly on the counter, as if we were going together 😥) Just like Fantozzi at the hospital. Oh well. On the positive side, the staff are very kind and helpful.
I don't go to this pharmacy often, but the few times I've been there I've always found it crowded, there's always a long wait, in fact the place is a bit small when it's full you have to queue outside. The staff is kind.
