Trained and kind staff has been my pharmacy for a long time and I have always had a good experience!!!

After many "rude" reviews, I wanted to go to another one, but our friend swore that it was nonsense and much cheaper. Well... just take a look around the store, unfortunately no prices on over-the-counter products and oops! It was already my turn. With my excellent Italian restaurant, it is a bit of a stutter at the pharmacy. But the lady thought she understood it perfectly and came with a packaging/brand unknown to me 😯 that was, however, 💯 the same. There was also one from Bayer but literally double the price. I studied the box carefully: and it is exactly the same. As far as I know, the profit margin on A brands is much larger, so 👍 recommendation! And the 4 customers in front of me also sounded like they were being treated in a customer-unfriendly manner, and the lady in front of me at the non-pharmaceutical products also received explanations but no enthusiastic "sell-on" sales pitches. 🤔Is that what those negative critics are missing?

Rude and unhelpful, I understand that it is a municipal company and that perhaps those who work there may have some frustration but the rudeness and intolerance towards the public are not justified. Luckily I'm like that with almost everyone, they also responded with arrogance and arrogance to the two customers before me.

Quite rude staff, not very keen on meeting the customer. It happened that they were not even aware of the existence of a drug that I had regularly purchased a few months earlier in another pharmacy. They often give away products that cannot be ordered that can easily be found in other pharmacies. In short, not the best of services, three to the fact that there is always a long queue, even those that are not managed in the best way.

I was served in an arrogant and rude manner by the pharmacy manager. After some kind answers from him I decided to take the prescription back and go to another pharmacy. I will never go back there again. I strongly advise against it to everyone.
