Despite the language barrier, a cheery Parli inglese was greeted with a blunt 'no', managed to get what I needed after injuring my knee tripping through gestures! Anti inflamatory cream was purchased at a good price
Trained and extremely kind doctors
The pharmacy itself works well, but I advise against taking rapid Covid swabs here. They have set up an outdoor gazebo where, now that it is summer, temperatures easily reach 37-38 degrees. The kits are kept there for hours, although they should not be stored above 30 degrees. The pharmacist who makes the swabs does many of them one after the other and it is clear that it is easy to cause confusion. When a swab comes back positive, it gives information very quickly. She checked my swab after more than 25 minutes because she was busy chatting with a customer. There are definitely pharmacies where the service is much more accurate and courteous.
