Checked in at 8.15pm on Friday evening 12/04. The doctor present took charge of my problem, relating to "wrong" prescriptions, calling the doctor on call to change them and give me the necessary drugs, going well beyond both the closing time and the "normal assistance" due to a customer. Thanks again.

I give 1 star but if I could give ZERO I would be happy to do so!!! rude pharmacists to the nth degree, thank goodness that in s.lazzaro there are 5/6 much better pharmacies!!!! Never again!!!!

Why are you so rude? If someone enters your pharmacy it is only because they are in need. You should change jobs, but you don't have the courage.

San Lazzaro di Savena pharmacy not excessively large, but sufficiently stocked. Stocked with most common medications and over-the-counter products, but not always with slightly more specific products for which reservations are required. It does not deal in cosmetics, herbal products or low-priced glasses. The convenience lies in the opening times, as the pharmacy is always open any day until 8.30pm continuously. A good point of reference for a quick purchase at any time of the day. Staff friendly enough, but courtesy and efficiency could improve.
