Finding myself away from home due to unexpected commitments, I found in this pharmacy maximum availability and high professionalism in meeting my needs. Therefore I thank all the staff.

Once I get to the counter I ask for a medicine and what they give me is a box which I discover is a homeopathic "remedy". It is not correct that what is given for a health problem is a remedy whose effectiveness has not yet been confirmed. I am convinced that products of this kind should only be given upon explicit request, not a priori. There is a risk of making people feel unnecessarily bad. The most serious problem is that these products are offered by graduate personnel who must be competent in the subject.

Welcoming and courteous

I ask for an ointment for a rash and I am given a homeopathic medicine, which is also very expensive, without being informed. A cunning attitude that made me lose faith in this pharmacy, I will never go back again
