Rude staff even on the phone with the doctor who had a PC breakdown in Lugo almost made it clear that I wasn't really on the phone with her. Really 0 stars rather than one. Zero empathy.
This pharmacy would work very well only if it were organized a little better. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists but we find it absurd to always have to queue for hours just because the CUP service is done at the same counters as drug sales. It would be enough to dedicate a separate counter (as it was before, as would be logical and as is done in all other pharmacies) and everything would work properly. I don't know which enlightened head made this change a while ago but it sure could use a logistics course. It goes without saying that people complain in vain... Let's hope that someone who works inside the pharmacy links our review and makes the change.
Embarrassing...4 visits to get medicine that didn't even arrive in the end. The only thing they could say was: ah, but yesterday was a strike. 20 people waiting and not even the intelligence to understand how to handle the situation. I will definitely make a complaint to the appropriate authorities
Shameful response and shameful, unprofessional attitude towards resolving what, through her fault, has become a small problem that could be solved if attention had been paid to the source, of a cheeky little girl who had just arrived! I will report it to the appropriate authorities!
Well-stocked municipal pharmacy and congratulations to Dr. Jole who solved a small problem for me. I recommend this pharmacy.
