Farmacia Comunale Via Arno

I recently went to this pharmacy and was very satisfied with the service. Doctor Emanuela was able to advise me, and clarified some unclear things about the drugs I had to take, with kindness. It will definitely become my trusted pharmacy!

With two small children and an elderly mother I am a regular visitor to this pharmacy and I have become so first and foremost because, unlike others, the warehouse is well stocked and I save myself from having to reserve medicines that are never available elsewhere. What makes attendance less burdensome is the kindness and professionalism of all the pharmacists, especially Mariangela and Mariasole, professional and sensitive, kind and polite, attentive and meticulous.

Very satisfied with the Service and preparation of the Pharmacists, every time I turn to them for some therapy they don't hesitate to recommend a path that always turns out to be super beneficial! I also found some excellent supplements and cosmetic products recommended by my favorite pharmacist MariaSole ❤️

Tonight I unintentionally got into a discussion with a rather nervous employee who was not willing to give me information that I kindly requested.. She began to get angry without a valid reason, she was unable to order the requested supplement because she was intent on continuing the sterile and absurd controversy and I ended up giving up the product I requested. Fortunately, a colleague of hers with a much kinder manner came to her rescue and saw fit to deal with me as quickly and optimally as possible.

(I admit that this is the first time I have accessed the pharmacy in question.) This afternoon, to my request to the pharmacist at the counter on duty, about carrying out a Covid swab on site, I was answered in rather annoyed tones "we almost don't do them anymore!", and that in that case an appointment would be needed ”; at the same time, however, she collected the amount, telling me that she would pay it to me at the same time.. The attitude, unjustified, of a very annoyed person (I think he snorted at times), continued even in the swab room, where he very hastily administered the swab, and he pointed out to me that his discomfort was due to the current rise of counts. Far be it from me to judge the education of the operator in question; but I believe that savoir-faire and kindness, especially for staff in contact with the public, are the calling card for the entire commercial activity. Ps: for the swab result I found another colleague of hers, with manners and courtesy. For the next and possible ones, I think I will go 1/2 km further to serve myself.
