Yesterday at 4.40pm I went to this pharmacy to collect some medicines, and I would like to point out that I have been a regular customer for many years, there was a young Doctor, the Doctor and a Lady without a gown who I honestly don't remember ever having seen, who they were talking about the radio advertising the pharmacy, the Doctor involved me by saying sorry but every now and then a laugh is needed, I nodded saying sure and he seems down to me, while the lady without a gown said to him: can't you see he's asleep? I avoided answering because being a heart patient I have to stay calm - just for the sake of knowledge

just entered the pharmacy to ask for the ffp2 masks and the pharmacist, seeing the misunderstanding, started to get nervous for no reason and finally moved his eyelids in ignorance. I know that a person can be tired after hours of work but it doesn't explain the indiscipline towards dealing with customers, I'm sorry Good day

Around 11pm I make a purchase at the vending machine outside the pharmacy, I put 10 euros in a banknote, it makes a strange noise and he gives it back to me, nor does he give me a receipt. Obviously I go to the pharmacy the next day but without a receipt they don't want to know. They pay more attention to the functioning of the services they offer.
