I forgot my medication for a long trip in Italy. Took copy of my UK prescription on my phone to this chemist and the lovely assistant/pharmacist supplied the missing medication in 2 mins flat. Fantastic!!

I haven't been to this pharmacy in years. I was there on Tuesday 30 April after receiving the letter for occult blood analysis. A little shyly I introduced myself and took the container. Since May 1st fell on a Wednesday, I couldn't deliver the container because I had a 12-hour shift, and I couldn't deliver the container on Thursday for the same reason. I show up at the pharmacy today Friday 3rd to deliver the container strictly kept in the refrigerator and a brunette doctor (very unsympathetic) tells me we collect on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday... And then I have to leave and she moved to another location. .. Now logically, as a customer, I ask out of courtesy for another container and without even bothering me, very annoyed she says to her colleague "is it true that we can't give other containers?" ... The decidedly more capable colleague tries to make amends by saying, "we can try to send it, but I don't know if they will accept it", but the brunette doctor rages, raising her tone with "we always say it when we collect it"... Unfortunately, we don't I managed to send it to FC... But I cut it short with an are you kidding me? And then I threw the envelope in front of the brunette doctor who should only be ashamed of her behavior, saying "since she has to go, go ahead" and I left! I will never set foot in this pharmacy again! OBVIOUSLY IF I HAVE TO DIAGNOSE ME WITH COLON CANCER I WILL BE ATTENTIVE TO SUE YOU IN COURT!
