I add this since I'm the one who entered with the coupons. I had two and I don't want to be seen as a liar. However, talking about regulations is absolutely hilarious because the initiative is for everyone on Facebook and is aimed at disseminating the product, not at distrust, thinking that it will be stolen!!!! the two coupons were seen by the sales assistant herself. Ps: bought today but elsewhere. I may have only bought two make-ups but at least I rewarded those who treat customers well and not those who look at them like they suck! The commercial logic of hospitality evidently escapes you

Rude and unwilling to help others

Rude and without respect for the companies that offer them promotions. Rvblab gave customers the opportunity to take part in a promotion thanks to which by entering their data it was possible to collect a free gift with no obligation to purchase. My mother and I did it and even though she had my coupon they were rude and practically accused her of going around all the pharmacies to collect freebies whose value will be just under 1 euro (among other things in Novara there are only two participating pharmacies so no I know how my mom could go around all the shops to collect but who knows haha). So I filled out the form to get nothing! However, I immediately contacted Rvblab by telephone, which protects customers and they kindly replied that this behavior is unacceptable and that the free sample should be given to all those who registered. So thanks to Rvlab of which I am a customer who is really courteous and helpful and a criticism of this pharmacy which probably refuses freebies (registered and sent with the number corresponding to the person who filled out the form and which is rightfully entitled to the customers). Avoid buying here and if you need this brand go to Fanchiotti who I don't know personally but he can't be more rude than these people who call 70 year old customers thieves! Really vomiting. A moment of joy when collecting a sample has become an embarrassing and pathetic situation for the customer, also damaging Rvblab itself

Last spring, when it was still not easy to find surgical masks, I purchased them at this pharmacy, paying €2 each (that was the price everywhere, given the limited availability). The package contained 10 pieces, but 4 did not have elastic and I asked if it was possible to change them. However, the packages were sealed, so I bought a new one, (that week the price dropped to 50 cents each per government share) and I was subscribed at the current cost instead of the one I paid, effectively losing €6. I found it incorrect. In any case, apart from this unfortunate case, a well-stocked pharmacy, with a vast display of cosmetic products and more; competent and always friendly staff.

I go there because I feel good and the pharmacies are good
