In August I went to Pozzuoli for vacation. I had an uncomfortable skin rush after a long sun exposure. Therefore I went to Farmacia dei Golfi very close to Harbour. We were greeted politely. The pharmacists soon understood my illness and posed me the solution. If you need something go there.
Probably best pharmacy in area)) every time I’m there, they have everything I need (specially appreciate when I can’t find things I need in another pharmacies). Never queue, personal speaks English (bravo)!! Great location)) Recommend ☝🏻
My experience was negative, I bought 2 products where, one did not require a receipt... the other did not... when I asked to get it for me he replied that the receipt was only for the Tachipirina... where not he did it to me...then when I asked why...he replied...but the receipt was only the Tachipirina...I was left speechless...I won't go there anymore... terrible friendliness...availability...everything...
Insensitive staff. Upon a request to replace a pulse oximeter, having paid a whopping 35 euros, because it reported incorrect values, they made a fuss and advised them to contact the parent company... now with a family member suffering from Covid the values reported in the Hippocratic Oath are literally trampled on by these 2 devils with nice manners and pleasant appearance.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND LEARN FROM THE OLD PHARMACISTS OF THE OLD TIME!
I congratulate the doctors who, in addition to being professionally impeccable, cheerful and available, patiently educated me in my need to give a gift to my mother, a particularly demanding person, so much so that I became loyal to them. Good work. SF
