It's my trusted pharmacy. Friendly staff always polite and helpful, but above all one of the best equipped in the neighborhood. Personally I think it's the best.
I ordered a home pulse oximeter by phone (therefore not knowing the characteristics and brand), they tell me that the house is nearby so there are not even shipping costs. When the product arrives I discover that the price paid is approximately double compared to its average price. I will no longer be their customer.
I was their customer until, in an absolute emergency, I had to pay €18 for a follow-on milk. The average, at another well-known retailer, is €12. In other words, profit economically from children's milk powder NEVER AGAIN.
Bad experience, rude staff, who give angry answers to people of a certain age, perhaps with a low level of understanding on topics such as active ingredients and commercial names of drugs. Ah, it's a shame that this pharmacy is no longer the same as Dr. Pollera's, you can notice the difference. Lost customers ✓
