Great experience here. The employees are polite and helpful.
I went several times and punctually I hope to find only one pharmacist on the staff behind the counter, as she is the only competent and kind one. One in particular poses in an arrogant and angular way. Unfortunately it is the only pharmacy in San Donato. When I can I go elsewhere. (the review must be done on what you want, I judge the attitude that makes me nervous then for the products you are supplied with)
I purchased a parapharmacy product from them, after 5 minutes outside the pharmacy I realize that the product has a totally off-market price (double compared to the normal price). I come back and ask for an exchange for another product, they tell me that they don't do exchanges, even though it came back after a few minutes (and even though it's not a drug that needs to be kept in the fridge). I had been a customer for many years and was treated this way. I will never set foot there again and I advise anyone against doing so.
They do not recognize responsibility for an article they produce and let me explain better. A friend of theirs who found it somewhere gave me one of their perfumes, as the 450 was discontinued, this happened a few months ago. I was using another brand because I had run out of 450, after thanking you, I'm going to keep it. A few months later I go to pick it up and find it in disastrous conditions. Half empty bottle, half damaged cap and a white dust that was under the cap, the spray bottle (which remains blocked) and on the upper side of the bottle, as seen in the photo. I asked my friend where she had purchased it but she, in addition to having thrown away the receipt, had made several purchases, she didn't even remember the shop, because in addition to the fact that it had been a while, it was a "passage" shop as she had visited many for be able to find the 450. I call the manufacturing company, that is, the SS pharmacy. Annunziata, and I talk to a girl who is sorry about what happened but can't do anything without the receipt. I find this answer disappointing, because it is a product they produce and distribute, not a random brand, and I find asking for a receipt an excuse to say no, we are not responsible for defects that arise on our products. Who among you has ever kept a receipt for the purchase of a perfume? I assume none. Something like this has never happened to me in my life, because when I buy the perfume I use I always get 1 or 2 more. This was the last time I will use this brand, as I don't find it fair and ethical to say no from a company that has been working for 1561, as well as having found defects that not even a cheap cologne creates. RESPONDING TO THE GENTLEMEN AT THE PHARMACY, I HAVE ALREADY EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT IT WAS PURCHASED SOMEWHERE AND IT WAS PROBABLY LEFT BY MISTAKE OR BECAUSE IT WAS UNSOLD. IT IS NOT A FAKE, SO I FIND YOUR EXCUSES IN REITATING THE RECEIPT PUERILE AND UNJUSTIFIABLE, AS THIS IS THE PRACTICE OF MANY SELLERS WHO ONLY RECOGNIZE BY NAME BUT POOR IN ASSISTANCE, BUT VERY GOOD AT FINDING QUIBBLES.
I don't use this pharmacy many times, even though it's close to home, but I've always had a good experience except last night. A very rude pharmacist served me, it's true that I had a prescription that expired 2 days ago but there's a way to say things... it's a shame because the rest of the staff has always been nice and courteous.
