Instead of providing medicine to treat a UTI, which we asked for, or recommending a visit to a doctor, they sold us an overpriced dietary supplement - after looking it up online we realised what it was, but they wouldn't let us return it, claiming "as long as you haven't tried to treat the UTI with it, we won't know if it doesn't work, so it's medicine". No prices on anything in the store, just the worst pharmacy imaginable.

We needed a covid test to return to the US. This pharmacy was right around the corner from where we were staying. Thankfully we got an appointment for Thursday afternoon. I had no idea that Thursdays were very busy covid test days, because I consulted one of the travel websites, and everything was booked so I felt very fortunate. I went in a day later to ask if I could get an earlier appointment and was told that I was given the earliest appointment. On the day of the appointment, I went in earlier to make sure that I didn’t need to bring the physical passport and the lady told me that there were 2 spots then and there, because a couple was a no show so we were able to get the test done very quickly. No need for physical passports. I have a picture of the passport on my phone for any emergencies. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend this place for covid test in a heartbeat. This pharmacy is located very close to the Piazza Signoria so it’s very convenient.

We specifically asked if the Covid test paperwork the provided needed to have the bar code for the green pass. We were told 100% the paperwork would be sufficient by the pharmacist. We asked again are you sure ? I was told absolutely. She was wrong..!!!

I was at the pharmacy for the antigen test. Everything went well: people working at the pharmacy are kind and professional. I would recommend if you are in Florence and need a pharmacy.

No prices on the store, employees don't give any information on the products and are just trying to push a sale. Terrible pharmacy.
