PROFESSIONAL AND KIND!!! 3 times out of 3 I have had positive experiences with the staff at the Delle Querce pharmacy... professional, kind, always available via WhatsApp and efficient in quickly retrieving medicines that cannot be found in other pharmacies.
I have read negative reviews that I absolutely do not agree with; The staff is competent and helpful; if something is missing they will get it for you in half a day. If you sometimes have to wait 5-10 minutes it's only because they dedicate a lot of time to each customer. I no longer live in the area but I keep coming back anyway, traveling a few kilometers but it's worth it
Excellent pharmacy, helpful and kind. By sending the prescription on WhatsApp you can order the medicines and collect them quickly when you pass by

I recommend not going in the afternoon, little attention to the customer. To collect a medicine I had to return 3 times, the medicine was never delivered.
