The operator who served me the first time I went there was very kind and extremely helpful, with prescriptions paid for by the NHS, for drugs with a total value of more than a thousand euros (xultopy-slow-release insulin, 2 boxes of 375 ,oo euro per box + nustendi, 2 boxes of 120,oo € per box, + synardy, 2 boxes of 75,oo euro per box + irbesartan 2 boxes of 150mg). On Saturday 20 April, I went there to collect the strips for glycemic tests and, since I had forgotten the pen needles in the vehicle that I had left at the workshop and that I couldn't get them back before Monday, I asked you to be kind enough to give me two needles in advance , for the xultopy pens, given that for the current month I didn't have any to withdraw from the NHS and that otherwise I would have been without being able to take my insulin for 3 days. The boy who was at the counter categorically refused, saying that he could not open a box to give them to me nor could he give me the box in advance. I kindly thank the operator for the humanity shown to me, naturally the next times I have to collect medicines that leave pharmacists with huge profits I will try to go to other pharmacies that show more sensitivity towards customers, even if I will have to travel many more kilometers.
