Also updated the Google listing with the Christmas closure. I walked 30 minutes (and now another 30 to return) because you seemed to be the only open pharmacy in the area that wasn't closed on Google Maps. Instead you are closed for holidays like the others. Edit (to respond to the owner's response): Thanks for the advice, I suggest that in 2024 you also update Google as the other pharmacies in the area have done since it should be your concern for patients who use channels in step with the times. I point this out as a point of improvement because I searched for 'pharmacies' near me on Google Maps and only yours was open (and yet it wasn't).
Apart from occasional indirect stigmatizations, characteristic of our society, from some more naive employees, everything else is ok.
20 minutes to serve 2 people... 4. With the pharmacy full of coughing people. Disorganization and slowness, as well as little customer care.

The best pharmacy in the world. Medicines always available and a welcoming environment. In first place, however, is the great professionalism of the staff. In addition to the excellent advice, they are taking care of me with a humanity and empathy that fills my heart. It is not only treated with drugs, which are certainly indispensable, but also with a smile and humanity.
