Very good and very kind, always smiling even if the workload has increased considerably. I went to this pharmacy thanks to the swabs and the advice of a friend and I don't think I want to abandon them anymore. I am so enthusiastic that I have recommended them to all my acquaintances.

Good morning, during this period I frequent many pharmacies for COVID-19. They are excellent at listening to the patient's needs. By warning the staff to enter slowly and not to go up too far, they don't listen and use the stick as if it were a stick stuck in their nose. I'm sorry about this inconvenience. The staff inside the pharmacy are excellent.

NOT RECOMMENDED, NEVER AGAIN. . I had to do a quick swab for my 88 year old mother. We went to other pharmacies and there was a free queue, they didn't accept reservations, but here there is a well organized online site where you can make your reservation, with different days and different times one every 3/4 minutes. When I got there I saw a large queue, I went directly to the young doctor in charge of registration and thinking that there was a facilitated entry for those who had booked but he told me that the booking time did not count, as there is a booking on the site every minute while for the swab it took much longer. 😠, I should have queued first for payment and then the other queue to take the swab! I point out that I have a reservation with a specific time and that I came there on purpose because my mother is of a certain age. He admits that there are some problems with these booking methods but he can't do anything about it. My mother was already starting to feel cold, I counted more than 20 people 🤦🏻‍♂️ which is why I turned on my heel and left... There's little to say... SHAME ON YOU! If you are incompetent or don't care who comes to you then close the booking site, at least people don't delude themselves that you are capable of planning them and don't waste time coming there.
