The Annolino Pharmacy is a place that deserves praise and appreciation. The pharmacy offers a vast selection of pharmaceutical products, products for celiacs, herbal medicines, veterinary medicines, cosmetics and childcare products. Furthermore, the courtesy and competence of the staff contribute to creating a welcoming and reliable environment.

Pharmacy that will do everything to avoid processing your requests for drugs dispensed by the NHS and accompanied by a therapeutic plan and prescription (regularly issued by a hospital), fearing, among other things, non-existent problems; the problem, however, could also lie in the chance of coming across a pharmacist who is excessively zealous (or unprepared) in carrying out his work; in fact, in 90% of cases, he will find a problem (not better defined) in your "hospital correspondence", for which will refuse to process your request. In short, very simple quibbles with little influence (or not at all), which in practice will translate into a denial of your right to health and the drug in question, leaving the patient completely "discovered".

Excellent, I had forgotten the recipe but all it took was a click on their phone to accept it anyway. Not to mention the advice that everyone gives you with great professionalism, identifying the problem and recommending the right drug (they solved a problem that had been plaguing me for days and that I was making worse with DIY). Thank you very much, I hope not to return for obvious reasons, but if I need it I will definitely go to them!!!!!

bad service. a homeopathic product ordered 3 times (2 on the phone and 1 in person with a prescription), and paid for in advance, arrives wrong and the answer is that it is no longer available (false) and they can't do anything. In response, despite the obvious error, they can't even refund you, but they give you an equivalent shopping voucher.

Always available and professional. The pharmacy is at the top of modernity, latest technologies at the service of customers... the best ever. Thank you for your service.
