Great experience in this farmacia. The staff are all nice and welcoming. I was able to communicate with them ahead of time for a trip (to get a return trip covid test) and they were very responsive to questions and they were quick and efficient the day I arrived. They were fantastic! Thank you, Farmacia Dradi!
All staff were friendly and professional. Kind and helpful during booking and having Covid test procedure. Two young pharmacists in particular couldn't have been more lovely. For all the above reasons I will certainly use this farmacia when I need one.
Good service and best location
We were in Ravenna for a tourist trip. We needed the drugs. Luckily, we found this pharmacy. There is a good and wide choice of drugs here. The staff is prepared, kind and helpful. They recommended good products. We were satisfied. It is recommended!
Definitely one of the best pharmacies in the city where the staff is always helpful and kind and the owner is an extraordinary person who dispenses in-depth advice because he loves his profession as if it were a mission. Every year he sends me best wishes even if I am not a regular customer. . I would give 5 stars for the courtesy and professionalism of the service
