Very competent and available to listen and advise. This is professionalism.
Honestly, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Starting from Dr. Baracchini who I always find very knowledgeable and helpful, to the colleagues who are always very kind and everyone is always ready to help you and give you explanations. With all due respect to all my colleagues, when you do your job with passion and competence it shows.
We went to a visit to Dr. Fussi, who has an office nearby. They have several medicines that the doctor prescribes, already on hand without having to order them! The pharmacists are very friendly and kind!
The staff and owner are courteous and kind people. However, my experience was not entirely positive. I go every now and then to have my blood pressure checked, and until the other day the service was free, as I believe is the case for most pharmacies. The last time, however, I was made to pay, without warning. I was quite shocked, because I have always gone to them over the years and never paid a dime. It is legitimate for the owner to make the pricing policy he wants, but why not warn them first?
