On March 1st, they assured me that it would arrive. on the evening of March 1st I was told that the medicine van was late and they would have called me as soon as it arrived. When closing time no one showed up. On the morning of March 2nd when it opened I called the pharmacy and they assured me that it would arrive. I'll call back because no one calls me and tells me that the drug will not arrive. I was left without the drug on Monday the parrot died and did not receive the treatment. Yesterday I spoke to the owner and he also found out that the parrot was compromised and would have died anyway yes because he probably has a glass ball. Furthermore, the vet who follows my parrots is in Reggio Emilia and is open on Saturday mornings. If they had informed me that the antibiotic would not arrive I could have taken him to the Doctor's specialized clinic. .Bertoni in Fabbrico. The owner always told me with a surprised face if I traveled 200 km to take him to the vet of course I look for the best for my pets. Probably the sign Alessandro always lives with the mentality of 100 years ago that they are animals and they stay in their place but for This is not the case for me and for many others like me. Instead we wasted time on them assuring me that the drug would arrive. I also sent an email to the company that was supposed to supply the antibiotic because I want clarity. The owner admits superficiality but you can't be superficial when your life is at stake. It certainly doesn't end like this.
