This afternoon I had my ear canal washed at the pharmacy (I had a plug of earwax). The service was carried out by Dr. Cristina, a kind, competent and scrupulous person. The intervention, which lasted about 30 minutes, was decisive. I am satisfied with a service carried out with due attention at a price that is certainly low compared to other operators in the sector. Pharmacy to recommend in my experience.
Exceptional pharmacy. Dr. Ercolani is a very competent, professional and courteous person. Attentive to the customer's needs and available to satisfy their needs, always with the smile and sweetness that any health care worker should have. Collaborators like the Doctor, all of them, but I will be excused if I attribute the praise to CHIARA, unique in the true sense of the word. Rating 100 stars 5 are few.
They pretend not to know that they should recommend the generic with zero prescription cost, instead of the 'designer' drug
Charging 70 euros for a home swab specifying that it was for a 90 year old person who lived 2 buildings away from the pharmacy is a disgrace. Which all pharmacies do for a maximum of 30 euros.
