Of a kindness without words. Today I needed to receive some medicines at home through the delivery service offered by the pharmacy. It was late and he was no longer available;( Despite everything, living near the pharmacy the doctor came directly by bike. I am infinitely grateful. Thank you 🙏🏻

A pharmacy made of people! During the Christmas break I am stuck at home due to Covid, while all my friends are away from their loved ones. In Milan, in this period, I have no one, except a few friends several kilometers outside the city and with newborn children who I would only bother in extreme emergencies. I have low saturation, and the doctor prescribes me some drugs. Since the Catalucci pharmacy is right under my house, I called to ask if they had a home delivery service. They answer yes, but the payment service doesn't work. Without making too much fuss, they still bring the drugs to my home allowing me to pay once I'm healed. We are in the peak of infections and all the pharmacies have many requests, on Christmas night I was left without Tachipirina because when I called the various pharmacies on duty, they didn't respond, or they didn't offer home delivery service, or there were other excuses... Finding people who have heart, availability and the desire to be available is not a given! But you can certainly find them here!

I purchased an antibiotic with a regular doctor's order with NRE code, yet, instead of just paying the co-pay, I paid the full price. I definitely felt cheated.
