The pharmacy where they treat you in the worst way ever... I witnessed a pharmacist having a nervous breakdown, after having entered a few minutes at closing time, and cordially greeting the pharmacist with a simple "good evening". (blonde in her 50s/60s, of very probably non-Italian originality / deducible from the accent) she looked at me up and down in an annoyed manner and didn't even respond to the greeting... But the story didn't end there, because once I had asked if the medicine I needed was present, and as always being a very (very) poorly stocked pharmacy, it was not present. Not surprised but particularly irritated by the unprofessional treatment of the pharmacist (which completely personal opinion would seem to lack civic education and fundamental values ​​such as respect) I try my luck.... But this time with the awareness that he would have disrespected me for the second time. Before leaving I say hello to the pharmacist again and this time I maintain eye contact, once again nothing... So tired of being treated not like the paying customer I am but like a loser, I decide to explain the situation to her and how she made me feel by not replying to me. I had never done it.... He started ranting and screaming in front of all the customers (so much so that one lady was shocked) about his salary not being in line with his working hours... Really ridiculous so much so that I had to leave because 1 I'm the customer 2 the rude people have a lot of attention from me that includes disgust and indignation. I hope they do something about it, because this is not the way to treat customers who come to buy and especially customers who come to buy health drugs... Shame, pure shame.

Lazy staff, I went to take advantage of the cup service, the very kind lady who takes care of it was outside for a phone call and the 3 pharmacists who weren't serving anyone and I was the only customer didn't even have the courtesy to call her.
