Our experience was good. Other than our own confusion from lack of Italian, the two women managed to get us to understanding that we paid for the tests at the back counter and filled out the forms. Then equipped with the forms stamped and paid to a "Tough Shed" Italian version and an awning out on the sidewalk for the actual test with a 15 minute wait for the results. 22 Euros for the test each. Then if you have a European Green Pass or other EU country data base like "TousAntiCovid" from France, you can scan the QR code and your results will be uploaded to your data base so you can just show your proof on your mobile phone, and you are good to go. The two women were co-operative but not equipped with good graces although not unpleasant. Just over worked and a bit harried. Altogether a good experience and fast.

We had to get our covid certificate to return to the US after 7 days of quarantine and the process was quick and easy. The staff were kind and helpful. We showed up right when they opened at 8 and we were done with the process and on our way to the airport by 8:30

Nice environment. Well supplied also with cosmetics and natural products. Very professional and courteous service.

Kindness, competence and effectiveness in describing the products. The pharmacist Francesca followed us in our requests, but also all the other pharmacists with whom we had dealt on previous occasions were all up to their task.

I went to this pharmacy for a recommended product. Excellent pharmacy, it's worth traveling a few extra kilometers!!! well done!!!
