Farmacia Fossolo 2 Centro Commerciale

I read the negative reviews about this pharmacy and I am DISAPPOINTED. The staff is competent and always available. At the entrance there is a machine that dispenses numbers and the signs are the size of a house. It is well stocked and when, rarely, something is missing they make up for it within ½ day. Those who point out that it is more expensive than Amazon (and in any case not for all products) do not understand the costs of running a pharmacy compared to an online platform. Finally: I have worked with the public for many years and, believe me, it takes enormous patience which I always find here. For various reasons I find myself going to the pharmacy very often and NEVER, I stress NEVER, have I encountered any rudeness towards me or towards customers, even when they deserved it. Good guys. For me you are the TOP.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Not only does it feel like being at the post office with total disorganization between the counters... but the rudeness of some pharmacists is shocking! I am referring in particular to a "pharmacist" who, for the 3 times I went there and had the misfortune of meeting, made me completely stop wanting to go back! He treated me and an elderly lady who couldn't hear well badly. He didn't have an identification tag with his name but he was at the counter in front of the entrance on the left, the number 8 and he had medium-long hair, a limp R and lots and lots... TOO MUCH rudeness!! Now I understand the negative reviews are all true.

If the Savena neighborhood wasn't the oldest in Bologna, therefore with elderly people forced to go here, it would close in a month. Prices higher than the average of other pharmacies, they don't bother to tell you that they could give you that medicine for free with the prescription, better to take the money immediately. Go to Lambrakis square. Few words to the wise.

I have been a customer for many years and have always found helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff. Well organized and very assorted pharmacy.

I only go there because it's close to home. It's the slowest pharmacy in all of Bologna, they manage to make you wait even when no one is there. The staff is not very courteous, plus they were nine months pregnant and pretended not to see me so as not to give me priority. In the end I asked why they didn't have priority numbers for pregnant women and the answer was that since the clientele is very elderly they would take the priority number. Furthermore, a lady behind me said that even the sick should have the priority and that being pregnant was the least! BAD
