If I could give 0 stars, that would be my rating. Education lives elsewhere. I arrive and get in line for the swab test, I only had 2 people in front of me. A girl comes out of the tent and tells me she's going to do it to me but emphasizes that she's only doing it to me because there's no one there, otherwise we always need an appointment. Too bad that if you call them to book, the line is always busy or it rings and no one answers. Called 11 times throughout the day and then went in person at 6pm. I took the swab and the girl disappeared from the tent for a good 10 minutes since there was no one in line to take the swab. So I get in line to pay since the line to pay was already very long, even though I remained outside the pharmacy being the second to last in the line. When she returned she told me that I had to wait for her to tell me to come in: it's a shame that she had disappeared!! Furthermore, afterwards I was photographing a product displayed with its price to send the photo to my mother and she tells me I can't take photos!!! Terrifying situation, never in there again and I will not recommend it to everyone. The situation is difficult for everyone but if you work with the public you cannot treat people in this way. Even more so if you work with the public in healthcare, a little more empathy wouldn't hurt anyone.
I went to the pharmacy for a swab, I was pleasantly struck by the kindness and, above all, patience of the girl in charge of the swab. Good and precise in giving directions, patient and friendly with people. 5 stars well deserved.
Not at all kind, before queuing for the swab I asked if they would do it for me even without an appointment because on the phone the line was busy and I wasn't able to get it, the lady replied WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT I WILL NOT DO IT TO YOU, I think that It didn't cost her anything to waste another 5 minutes with me, you don't deny anyone the swab there's always the risk of being positive and consequently infecting other people, in the meantime I called another pharmacy and they too replied "we don't have place but get in line and we'll do it anyway"
