Unfriendly staff and inflated prices for the area of Milan in which they are located.
Go elsewhere, grumpy gentleman and I even had to ask for the receipt....
This morning my girlfriend went to buy some things she needed. The gentleman was very rude, saying bad words, even he left, without a hint of patience. Then a very kind lady came and finished assisting her. It bothers me a lot because we never expect such a service. when working with the public they need to have a bit of empathy. Too bad for the lady who was very kind and welcoming.
If you are looking for professionalism and kindness, go somewhere else. Even though I waited in line, the doctor allowed not one but two people who entered after me to move forward. While I was asking her what I wanted she turned towards the other customers on purpose to serve them first. The clients were more embarrassed than the doctor. I left stunned, something like this has never happened. I left without saying a word. Obviously I will never set foot there again.
Inside the pharmacy there was a person without a mask and the owners of the pharmacy didn't say anything to him. Grumpy and annoyed staff when I asked to have the product with a tax code for deduction
