I had the opportunity to contact this pharmacy via telephone from home in Sasso Marconi, for a consultation regarding my son as he was in Rome for work and lived in the area close to the pharmacy. I mention with pleasure and gratitude Mrs. Eleonora who showed great courtesy and availability towards me but above all declaring equal availability if my son was able to go to the pharmacy personally. So it happened, through the help of a flatmate who went to the pharmacy, my son got the medicines he needed. So a heartfelt thank you with the certainty that other people will be able to have the necessary support if requested from this pharmacy and its staff.
I pointed out that the price indicated on the drug was lower than what was paid, I was told that it didn't depend on them but on the warehouse. Then they said "is it a problem?!" here's the difference money.! I left the money on the counter and walked away... Dear Doctor, if the law states that the price paid and the price on the drug must be the same, you must adapt without compromising, it is the consumer's right. I also recommend greater courtesy with customers
