Friend was sick with sudden flu, went here because it said 24 hrs. Only the machine outside was open only selling condoms. I tried to buy what it showed as a first aid kit kit thinking it might have advil, so put 20 euros in machine.. and it dropped condoms instead, not giving me back any change at all. Pharmacy owners last name is probably Goldstein.
Terrible service, girl at the counter put on an item without me asking for it and gave it to me and when I asked for a refund (after I had already paid) they refused and said that they could only swap items and not give me my money back. Absolute joke. I had even said I didn’t want it two times and she still rang it up.
We were need to do a quick COVID test for departure, and our friend advice is this place, due to Non Stop working schedule. Lady on a window didn’t speak English and it’s was a little difficult to spoke and understand but in final we was do all with nice result. First of all when you came here you need to feel an application form (just name&surname, passport details, email and telephone) then you pay - 22 eur, and go to do this torture (nose picking). Waiting 15 minutes and revived a results with QR code and all necessary information.
24 hours a day open and whole week.pharmacists are very nice to clients and they have all the products you want to buy..discounts also here Recommend this place OTTIMO
How bad can the service be in a pharmacy? Well come to this place and find out. Weirdly hostile staff before I even asked for anything. Got overcharged, pointed this out and they slapped the extra cash on the counter without another word. Nice knowing you!
