I wanted to buy earplugs and I got a box for 10 euros. It’s so funny that Italians are trying to trick tourists. Yes, but I said I wanted to buy a box of earplugs and you gave me the most expensive one. The earplugs were made of plasticine and my ears became inflamed the next day after I used them. Thank you so much.

It is not just a simple "sale of medicines", but capable and competent medical assistance, the result of the owner's decades of experience, but which she has also managed to transfer to her entire team. "non-medicinal" products can be purchased in a limited display, but which still guarantees a good range in which the quality of the products always plays a central role.

If there were a hypothetical competition between the worst pharmacies in the city of Milan, Giannone would certainly be back on the podium. Extremely rude, arrogant staff, they seem to be purely listless or worse - disturbed by the mere presence of the customer. Although the premises are small, inexplicably the ladies struggle to find pens, stamps, staplers... The historic owner has her own very personal concept on the functioning of the NHS, an element that she is keen to underline - every time - despite the customer's complete disinterest. The sensational episode in which, after the third stamp on a white prescription, the assistant with black/curly hair wanted to keep the prescription for himself ("... having expired, it must be left to us..."), statement and ridiculous behavior. If you can, avoid: the area is full of other pharmacies where there is greater competence, courtesy and respect towards the customer.

I have been a customer of the Giannone Pharmacy for almost 2 years and I recommend all my friends in the area to go there. The cosmetics department is very varied, the products are of excellent quality and the girl who takes care of them has always made excellent personalized suggestions. Furthermore, Doctor Maraniello is very kind and always with a smile! I recommend this little pharmacy gem to everyone!
