I very often place orders online with on-site collection, because the online prices are very advantageous. Usually I don't have problems but this time I didn't like the attitude of the pharmacist who gave me the package at all. I arrive and ask about my package, I am greeted by 'everyone with these online orders, it's already the sixth today'. I then ask why this was a problem and the aforementioned pharmacist checks the price of my package and points out that, if I had bought it at the pharmacy, I would have only paid about a couple of euros more. I honestly don't see what the problem is in buying online even to save ONLY a couple of euros. I felt judged and I didn't like it. I didn't even appreciate his 'I was joking' when he realized that I hadn't appreciated his unsolicited judgements. I advise you to stick to your work, without complaining to customers.

Purchased and paid for a product given as available (6 PCS for €89.84). After a few days they send me an email saying that the product is no longer available (!?). I ask for explanations by email... no explanation reply. Unreliable and little respect for the end customer!!! Never buy from them again.

I have purchased other products and had no problems but this time I mistakenly purchased two packs instead of one and I immediately communicated, via email and message from the site, not to send me the pack purchased by mistake and to issue a partial refund. No one has responded to my request and this is not good. Now I've asked for a return and let's see how it goes...
