kind and friendly, that's it. for any product you always receive the same answer: "it needs to be ordered" ... including over-the-counter products. So except for sunscreens it is almost impossible to leave the pharmacy with the required medicine.
High professionalism, courtesy and empathy. Excellent telemedicine service. A blood pressure holter was carried out and the report arrived after just two hours.
A truly helpful, professional and attentive team. The pharmacy is well stocked, when it doesn't involve prescribed drugs, I always ask their opinion for any purchase and they always satisfy my requests. Unreliable staff, terrible management, appointments for swabs or therapies or consultations missed, wasting patients/customers' time due to forgetfulness of the staff in charge. I asked for powdered milk for babies, but the lady looked at me as if I had gone into a hardware store to ask for it, she rudely told me that she didn't have it and that she didn't have the faintest idea who might have it.
