Terrible welcome from the pharmacist with bangs, I asked for a medicine that I have been taking for years, the prescription had expired (White prescription), usually no one gives me problems even with an expired prescription in their pharmacy, they have no problem, they have known me for years and I only use them for my family, today I found the person with a bad mood, she was adamant in her decision not to give me the drug, .... given that I couldn't go to the general practitioner to redo the white recipe, it was Saturday afternoon. , I went to a nearby pharmacy and they gave me the drug without any problems... they definitely won't care but they lost me as a regular customer.

I feel great! The pharmacy is well stocked, trained staff, and Dr. Giovannoli is a guarantee! The only piece of advice is that sometimes long queues are created with "free" membership staff in front of them, intelligent people understand that they are there for back office work but very often in the queue you hear people complaining. Today I requested a medicine for my daughter, rightly the pharmacist didn't give it to me because I didn't have a photo of the prescription.. so I'm not saying that I'll go where I usually buy it so they can recognize me.. bought more than €10.50 and paid with €50. . the young lady asks for money but I don't have any.. the rest is 39.50 and 9.50 all in 50 cents, going to 3 tills to scrape together the 50 cents to give me the change, telling me she didn't have the €5.. maybe she doesn't know that. there are also 1€ or 2€.. but to me it seemed more like spite given his behavior and his expression.. angry, I go to the initial cash register where a kind girl initially changes at least €5 of my coin into a banknote, then exclaims that in any case it was always money and not stones... I would never have allowed myself to answer like that... the second scan I give to this pharmacy, never to return again..

There are "bucolic" pharmacies that have 3rd world opening hours, in the afternoon they open at 3.30pm (after a nap...)
