Today I had to go and collect some very important medicines. My pharmacy is in Ventimiglia and 2 weeks ago they told me that there was no delivery from the warehouses! Scared, I looked for another pharmacy and this one had kindly put it aside for me (it was the only one in the area to have at least the generic). Except today MY pharmacy had finally received these meds, so I called and told them I wasn't coming. Unfortunately they had already dispensed my prescription (WHAT THEY CANNOT DO!) and forced me to go and get them. I live in Nice and today is the final of the Festival! I certainly won't go there. Luckily my pharmacist found a solution for me (and without scamming the healthcare system!)

Since they have made so many negative comments about this pharmacy, people's intention is always to always say bad things, and blame others! We are human, even pharmacists could sometimes make mistakes due to tiredness, but YOU are the one who has to look at the products already in front of them to understand if everything is ok or not! I always do this and we are all happy 🙂 However, I fully recommend this pharmacy, I found the products that other pharmacies don't have... so an excellent choice!

Swab The pharmacy opens at 8.30, I went at 7.45 to be among the first to take the swab. It's a shame that they let whoever they want pass in front of them without respecting the "natural" queue that forms in front of the pharmacy. And be careful, if someone tries to complain about this unfair thing they will threaten you in rude ways NOT to give you a swab. Unprofessional, rude, if I could rate less than 1 star my rating would definitely be that.

On Sunday I go in and ask, in addition to a medicine, if they have the CoV19 swab kit to do at home. The doctor immediately replies yes, it costs 10 euros. Perplexed, I say okay, give me 1. I get home, I look in the bag at what he sold me and I notice that it's a simple sachet (not the usual home kit box), I immediately understand that it's not good. Result: read in the envelope: for professional use only!!! I open it and find only the test marker, without reagent, without the small plastic bottle used for saliva and reagent!!! Bottom line, since I can't return to Sanremo because it's already too far away, I go into a pharmacy and get 3 real kits and spend 3.90 each. buthhh
