Unpleasant personnel at times

What a great idea to make it easier for customers to cycle. To the side of the main entrance there is a desk dedicated specifically to them. For the rest, a pharmacy equipped with everything and often open at night and on holidays.

A pharmacy of incompetents. Performed a swab last week and tested positive. They tell me that the system for registering it doesn't work and that they would do it as soon as possible. The next day I call back a number of times and in the end it turns out that their pharmacy is the only one where the portal isn't working. In the early afternoon they say they had inserted everything (a day had already passed since the swab), too bad I didn't receive any message from ATS. a few days pass and before doing the self-reporting in the Region I call back. They realize they made a mistake in entering the phone number, it's a shame that to fix things the swab is now carried out on that day and consequently I earn 4 days of quarantine for free. Without words...
