You humiliated an elderly lady in front of all the customers, just because she couldn't explain the medication she was prescribed. You sent my mother upstairs to the doctor for the prescription with tendonitis in her knee and she was limping, only to tell her in the end that you don't have the medicine! Ours is a wonderful city, full of courteous and kind people, and from the comments I see that many people are disappointed with your type of behavior. I have already left a review a few months ago of the Farmae ​​municipal pharmacy of Viareggio in via Marco Polo. The staff I contacted were polite and helpful where they can streamline bureaucratic forms for solutions, for useless wastes of time. I gave four stars, hoping to give five.... Three people are a crowd. Very long waiting times and sometimes if you take the fast drug you see people walking past you. In this respect not very organized and the staff don't seem to care. For the rest everything is very ok. It's new, everything is found frequently. It's a shame we can no longer deliver used medicines.

I went to this pharmacy yesterday and never, in 56 years, have I felt so discriminated against. I went in to buy a medicine and collect the masks with my health card. While the pharmacist was serving me, a customer came in and, in a friendly tone, asked him about the availability of masks. The pharmacist replied: yes, engineer; the customer then gets in line. The pharmacist returns to serve me and when I show him my 85-year-old mother's health card he tells me they were out of stock 🤔 But how? they were behind him...and he had confirmed to the Engineer that there were still some. I point out to him that they were behind the counter and that the customer was waiting outside.
