Small pharmacy, highly trained staff, fully stocked, at most order same day. There is no continuous time mode anymore and it's a shame because it was a point of reference. The owner may seem gruff but he is a kind and courteous person like all his collaborators.
Rude beyond belief. The pharmacist even allowed himself to grab the arm and push an old man in a bad way. If he had done it with me, being pregnant, no one would have taken a complaint to the police. Never again!
I have known this pharmacy for almost 20 years, ever since I moved to the neighborhood. Dr. Ialacci is very competent (e.g. he knows how to make "tailor-made" medicine preparations) and knows how to advise in a disinterested way. His collaborators are attentive, prepared and kind. Having had two young daughters I sometimes turned to them, even just by telephone, for general advice and they were thorough. If a medicine is missing within a few hours you can come and collect it. In short, well done!
I was very happy with this pharmacy. My son had a very large fungus on his skin and instead of giving him antifungals as prescribed by his doctor, the pharmacy recommended two liquid products prepared by them and I solved the problem.
To be avoided due to the indifference, sloth and cowardice of the staff and owner.
